The January 2010 issue of Whats Hot Cayman has been released and I am extremely excited to have the front cover. The photos session was done with Chef Eric Rippert in the North Sound of Caymans very famous Stingray City and the Sandbar. Eric was such a good sport and donned his chef jacket and jumped in as we chucked squid in for him to feed the stingrays for his cover shot. Eric Rippert is the genius behind ‘Blue’ one of Grand Cayman’s finest restaurant.
