The Venue

A gorgeous villa in the hills, overlooking Nerja and the coast – the reason we choose it!

The Dress

It didn’t take long to find my dress at all! I knew the brand and loved all their dresses, so with my bridesmaids I went to London and as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one.

How did you both meet

We met on a night out, Easter Sunday in Bury! We were both with friends and got chatting, we exchanged contact details and soon started dating.

Decor

We loved our natural looking décor and flowers, we really wanted a “natural” feel as it fits with the villa. Sometimes, less is more and we felt that the villa itself and our loved ones would fill up the space with love.

How did Josh pop the question

In Barcelona, in a very quiet alleyway, Josh was super nervous.

First Look

I did a first look with my dad, he was so emotional, I knew he would be. It was so special to see how proud he was.

The Aisle how did you feel

Amazing! So happy, beautiful and I couldn’t believe it was finally happening.

What was unique about this wedding

We loved how intimate the wedding was and the setting of the dining table, with of course also the gorgeous view.

The Kiss

AWKWARD with everyone watching, haha! I think we even did it too early? So we had a cheeky extra kiss.

Kiki

We have had the most amazing day with our little girl Kiki, our family and friends. It was a dream come true!

How was taking photos

How “in the moment” we felt! It really felt like it was just us.

Did you keep to tradition

I threw my bouquet and I wore something borrowed, something blue, something and something old. Something not so traditional… we stayed together the night before!

The Party

The most fun was towards the end of the night when an old Dutch song got played by the DJ and none of the English guests knew what was said, yet literally EVERYONE danced and jumped to the song.
