I went dress shopping with my mom. She wouldn’t say anything bad about a single dress I tried on (even though some were highly questionable). We both thought the last dress I picked at the boutique was a ‘just for fun’ try on and not a serious contender. When I came out, she clasped her hands together and gasped. I knew then we had a winner.
Rod had so many outfit options!! It seemed like every trip off island he returned with another potential shirt or vest or pair of pants or shoes. It took him longer to decide on what to wear than it did me.
I loved taking pictures with my flower girls. Although I’m pretty sure they upstaged me. I do feel a little bad for how long Mary Kathryn was searching for Peppa Pig when we needed a picture of her looking out the window!!
We danced to Frank Sinatra’s The Way you Look Tonight.
