ANDRE:
The day we went to look at engagement ring we were meant to do exactly that, LOOK! But only two shops in to our search we were both hooked on one ring in particular. I remember us both being so excited. Even though I hadn’t got down on one knee and asked the all Important question, I would say at that moment when we found the ring, it hit me, we were going to spend the rest of our live together and I couldn’t wait. Even though, I can’t lie, it broke the bank but she was definitely worth it and more .

The Dress:
I went to a few dress shops and bridal boutiques with my mum, sis and MOH. I ended up with a dress that was nothing like I imagined I would choose. The first time I tried it on it felt different to the others but I still wasn’t convinced, my MOH said that she knew it was my dress and I would work that out myself eventually. I still wasn’t convinced so I didn’t buy it that day. But I went home and I couldn’t get it out of my head, I just kept thinking about it and comparing all other gowns to it. I went back and tried it on again and it came together in my head, I liked the elegance in the simplicity and the detail in the buttons going all the way down the dress to the tip of the train. it was an ‘I told you so’ moment. We came full circle as I choose my MOH dress when she got married a couple years ago! most importantly , my new husband loved the dress
we have lots of mutual friends but we met around 8 years ago. We were at a gathering with our friends and music was playing. a particular cheesy pop girl band song was playing and he got up and started dancing and he knew all the words. He was not embarrassed at all but was just having a good time. I also happened to like that song and he had me laughing with his dance moves. From that moment I knew we would be good friends because he didn’t take himself too seriously. what I didn’t know is he would eventually become my best friend and husband. he still makes me laugh with his dancing to this day!
he told me were going out for dinner in central London . he kept looking at his phone and acting a little weird but I didn’t clock on. we had a stroll along the bridges and as we got to the London eye I heard a familiar voice shout my name so I turned around. it was our friends (my MOH and one of Andre’s groomsmen), Andre had planned for them to be there to film the moment. I was confused and turned back round to face Andre and ask him what’s going on but I couldn’t see him, i felt a tug on my hand and looked down to see him on one knee. he said some beautiful things and presented me with the perfect ring and of course i said yes. The crowd cheered and clapped and demanded we kiss
The Groom did an amazing job on his suit, he customised it down to choosing the pearlised buttons and made sure the fit was perfect.

Andre being emotion (which is rare) as he saw me for the first time as i came down the isle The speeches were so emotional it caught us all off guard Our first dance was just a beautiful moment , it felt like a time on the day me and André got to enjoy each other , the day is so hectic and exciting , the first dance allowed us to pause and just focus on each other and our special moment
The thing that worried us the most was probably making sure the catering was on point. We wanted to make sure that every one would enjoy the day, especially the good food

How was your experience taking photos/working with me on your wedding day
working with Rebecca was a delight, she is amazing, so talented and she truly is in love with her craft. she gets the job done and you don’t even realize she’s there! she’s so creative and puts you at ease straight away. all of our guests mentioned how impressed they were with her on the day and that was before we had even seen the pictures but you can just tell shes a real class act professional. we could not have asked for a more beautiful person to capture our special day
