We met at a mutual friend’s party on the night of Amy’s high school graduation party. Ed came to Amy’s senior week for a few days after that. One of those nights we stayed up really late and watched the sunrise on the beach. We cuddled and talked for hours. That’s when we realized we had something special.
Ed made lots of Amy’s favorite foods (crusty rolls, tomato soup, bacon wrapped scallops and chocolate mousse) and had her cat deliver her engagement ring to her. We celebrated with a few of our friends that night.
We really enjoyed writing vows to each other and reading them at the ceremony. We also enjoyed running around with you to different sites for the first look pictures!
You and Noah were wonderful to work with! It was so laid back and you made the process go very smoothly.

Confident and happy until Amy realized she forgot her bouquet!
We didn’t have a bridal party or groomsmen. Amy’s brother Peter stood next to her during the ceremony, and Ed’s sister Caitlin stood next to him.
One of our best friends made our wedding cake which we cut with an engraved cake server/knife he bought for us.
Amy’s father daughter dance was a song from her childhood that her parents used to sing to her (Waltzes with bears). Amy’s dad did not tell her mom that they were dancing to that song. As soon as her mom heard it she started crying happy tears.
We wanted to go somewhere with beautiful beaches, snorkeling, golf courses and lots of things to do.
Amy did all her research online. She looked at lots of portfolios but realized pretty quickly that your style and the type of pictures you take was exactly what we wanted.
