Golden hour truly is golden…
The Jackson Family chose to have a family sunset beach session to capture their family portraits. I have had the privilege of photographing this family for many years, actually when the boys were just little. It has been incredible to see them not just grow, but to form their own families. We chose to do this session at sunset but we followed the light and ran away from rain, but we found a gorgeous sunset.
I love the colour scheme the family chose to wear and I laughed at how much fun they had with this little girl who they all love so very much.
I love it when families do their own thing and play with the kids, the emotion and captures are so real and totally tells a story.

The casual shots we did of the family being relaxed and not posed are a great way to capture candids and the family just being themselves.
