I love flowers and Dell from Flower Dell did such a great job with our florals. We had mango calla lilies, two toned orange/yellow roses, white hydrangeas and a few white orchids that made up different arrangements of bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, Church pew decor and table settings.
I booked 3 dress appointments at three different wedding dress shops in West Palm Beach Florida. I went with my sisters who flew over with me and my aunts who live there. The first shop being where one of my sisters got her dress a few years back. Great and friendly service and I found a dress I loved there but still went to the second appointment at Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches. We were greeted by Davita with her beautiful Trinidadian accent and big smile. I also found a stunning dress here :0 and it was a different style than the first :0. I canceled the 3rd appointment lol.
Dress Boutique and Dress Designer / Grooms suit?
My wedding dress was from Bridal Couture of the Palm Beaches and Bridesmaids dresses ordered from Quiz Clothing UK. The suits were custom ordered from ITaylor with some of our local tailors doing some final adjustments.
Having a vision is one thing but having people on board who can bring it to life is another. How blessed we were to have Ann Ogden of Uniquely Annz and Dell from Flower Dell who worked on our Decor. My sister Lydia using some additional items from Poppet Studio also designed the dessert table.
I am a musician so this was important to me. We are surrounded by such talented musicians and producers who are also our friends and family. For our ceremony prelude we had Nicole Bodden on the piano; Troy and Sophia Alleyne sang our processional; Nicole Bodden, Michaiah Bryan, Saul and Mennen Langlois and Troy and Sophia Alleyne sang for our Musical interlude (as we were signing). For our reception we had the talented Danielle Roberts on Steel pan, Saul Langlois sang for our first dance and my beautiful sisters Lydia Ray and Annick Jackman sang two songs as a tribute accompanied by Nicole.

At a family birthday dinner where both of our immediate family members were there. Yes he did surprise me!
So easy lol It just was and it worked! it didn’t feel forced, there was such beautiful poetry and flow to it, we had fun! We loved working with you!
We enjoyed the day so much and Rebecca tuned into that. It was great, so I guess our tip would be just enjoy the day and be present and in each moment. Hahaha there is never enough time for photos!

It went by too quickly but it was a beautiful day filled with such blessings, laughter and love! Unforgettable! We would to relive it.

Cayman is home to us but my advice would be to have a destination wedding hahaha go some place other than home and do it. Also get a planner or at least a day of Coordinator. Michelle was an integral part of our day.
Thinking of our vendors brings tears of joy to my eyes. The planning can be tiresome but man we had great vendors! Just brilliant. I would use them all again! Seriously check them out.
